Fixed TWA track tool time to wind change not right?

I was using the Fixed TWA track tool this morning to compare tracks in the VOR and noticed that my TWA tracks were much shorter than the 'Draw Tracks' versions. I notice that when I left click a Fixed TWA track to add a change in wind angle the "trk Tm" jumps by an hour or more depending on how long the previous part of the track was.

The standard track tool doesn't do this. Anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Is there is a setting that I've set incorrectly? Or is this a bug?
