problem with track building

Thanks Ricco for your respond. I did what you suggested and it still do not work. Here is what I have in my set-up:
My polars- Collected points: checked
server: http://www.vrtoutoulz/velux/winds
Polars: http://vrtoutoulz.fr/polars/vrt_full/velux_pro-full.csv
MyPolars: http://vrtoutoulz.fr/polars/vrt_full/velux_pro-full.csv
Interpolate windspeeds: checked
boat speed factor: 1

Now when I click on SET I am getting Info: File C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\vrtool\vrtoutoulz.fr/polars/vrt_full/velux_pro-full.csv not found or error in file

I just dont know what to do anymore. And it did work perfect at clipper races ...go figure.
Again the problem: when download from Firefox all is perfect. When I choose Draw route tool and then click anywhere on the chart Speed and VMC in Boat Attitude is zero till next download. Dont know what else to say about it. What I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

Sorry I don't come here often because you have all wrong.

Default Polars database: CHECKED
MyPolar - Collected points: UNCKECKED !
Server: [NO http:// !] www.vrtoutoulz.fr/velux/winds or vrtoutoulz.fr/velux/winds
Polars: must be a file on YOUR machine, not on the web, something like C:\My Documents\VRTool\velux_pro-full.csv
Of course, you MUST save the file from my site to your machine and then, select the stored file with the browse button in the Polars field.
My Polars: LEAVE EMPTY !

Ricoo , thanks so much! I did change all and shame on me that I don't know how to copy polars from your site and where to paste it and I bet anyone it is so easy that you can call me dumb . When I click on your polars it will save in my downloads as excel file and can copy and paste to vrtool only link... and yes problem still the same o speed at BA. Thanks Ricoo.
